🧾 Sage Wish 售后服务政策（售前须知与免责声明）
关于退款：
我们所提供的祈福、法事、诵经、超度、点灯等皆为即时或预约性质的精神服务，一经售出即安排执行，具有强烈的个性化与不可逆性，因此概不退款。
关于修改与补充：
若用户在订单提交后希望补充愿望内容、修改姓名等，需在服务执行前联系平台，我们将在可行范围内协助修改。
关于服务完成证明：
大部分服务将提供现场图片/视频/诵经记录等形式的纪实反馈。如遇特殊情况（如寺庙不允许拍摄），我们将提前说明。
关于时间安排：
大部分服务将在1-3天内安排执行，特殊法事或指定日子可能顺延，平台将主动告知用户时间节点。
关于客户沟通与礼仪：
由于服务涉及宗教与精神层面，请用户在沟通过程中保持尊重与信任。我们有权拒绝不礼貌或恶意用户的服务请求。

Refund Policy:
All spiritual services (including prayers, rituals, blessings, chanting, and lighting offerings) are non-refundable once purchased, due to their sacred, personalized, and irreversible nature.
Modifications:
If you wish to update the details (such as name, intention, or birthdate), please contact us before the ritual is performed. We will assist within feasible limits.
Service Completion Proof:
We provide photos, videos, or chanting records as proof of completion. In some temples, filming is not permitted; we will notify you in advance in such cases.
Execution Timeframe:
Most services are arranged within 1–3 days. For large-scale or date-specific rituals, slight delays may occur — we will keep you updated.
Respectful Communication:
As these services relate to spiritual and religious matters, please communicate with sincerity and respect. We reserve the right to decline service to any user displaying offensive or abusive behavior.
