The Dharma does not reject worldly endeavor but teaches us to seek wealth through right livelihood and right action. Many Kagyu deities and protectors have "increase" methods—not greed, but praying for favorable conditions so one may more powerfully do good, support family, and sustain the Three Jewels.

When career hits a bottleneck, or job-hunting and study meet endless friction, rather than anxiously grasping, turn the wish into a good aspiration and ask the lama to dedicate properly: that the right path open, effort be repaid, resources increase—and that what is gained be dedicated to wider benefit.

• **Supportive conditions gather.** The increase ritual dedicates for rightful career and study wishes, drawing helping conditions together.
• **Hindrances subside.** With the protector, petty obstruction, blockage, and needless loss gradually retreat.
• **A calm mind that acts.** Anxiety turns into good aspiration and action; with a settled mind, matters ease.

Online career blessing follows the Kagyu tradition:

• **State the wish.** You provide the beneficiary and wish (career, job search, study, business); the lama takes this as aspiration.
• **Perform the increase ritual.** The lama performs the deity's increase practice, reciting the相应 mantra, inviting the stream of abundance and ease.
• **Offer merit water and lamps.** Merit water and butter lamps are offered properly, symbolizing growth of merit and wisdom resources.
• **Dedication.** Merit is dedicated to the beneficiary, that right wishes be fulfilled, resources increase, and what is gained be dedicated to others.
