🪷缘起

Ākāśagarbha ('Treasury of the Void') is taught in the Ākāśagarbha Sūtra and the Mahāvaipulya Mahāsannipāta Sūtra. His wisdom, merit and wealth are inexhaustible as space; he bears a wish-fulfilling jewel and grants fearlessness—chief deity of the Garbhadhātu treasure hall, 'all wishes fulfilled, none empty.'

🔮寓意

In Chinese custom the Ox and Tiger are guarded by Ākāśagarbha. 'Void' means boundless merit; the jewel means luminous wisdom and fulfilled vows. Wearing it recalls integrity and learning over shortcut gain.

📿形制

Usually holds a jewel or lotus, usnīsa on crown, golden or white body on a lotus; also plaque, pendant, bead form.
